School Club Round Up
Click the link below to open a form to submit your School Club Round-Up plan. This will create your activity plan. Once completed you will be able to see where and when others are anticipating being on the air. We hope that added layer of sunshine, can facilitate a lot of school to school contacts.
We put this together very quickly and it lacks a lot of the nice stuff to make it pretty, but it should meet our immediate functional needs. If you need to delete or modify a row, please let Paul Goulet, KC5CYY, kc5cyy@gmail.com know what row needs to be deleted or modified and he will do his best to accommodate your request.
Help Ideas
Enter all times as Central Standard Time
The ON AIR will sort based on Band, MODE and then Time
Use the Band to offer more information (SSTV, PSK up to 20 char).
Use the X (Del) to take your station off air or to remove that row from the “Future Talkers list”
Locate your time zone.
Find your start time, and use the time from the same row in the CTS column.
Find your end time, and use the time from the same row in the CTS column.
Example:
If you are operating in CA, (PST) and begin operations at 1030, you would input 1230 for a start time. If you plan to stop operating at 1400 (or change band/modes) input, 1600 for ending time.
If you are operating in PA, (EST) and begin operation at 8am, you would input 0700 for a beginning time. If you plan to stop operating at 11:45 am (or change band/modes) input 1045 for your ending time.
The program is extremely elementary and does not handle date changes. Yes, UTC would have been at least common to all operators and maybe we can get that into the next version.
